Adopt the Food Pantry, Feed the Community

Beth Meyer Synagogue adopted the Food Pantry for the month of December, donating 211.5 pounds of food!

The Jewish Federation of Greater Raleigh continues to support clients experiencing food insecurity through the generous contributions of food and grocery store gift cards from community members! Our new "Adopt the Pantry" initiative is crucial in ensuring the sustainability of this vital resource for families and individuals who rely on our Food Assistance Program.

This is a great service opportunity for clubs, sports teams, scouting troops, and other organizations. Our food pantry has already been adopted by the Beth Meyer Synagogue Social Action Committee, the Clayton/Garner Jewish group, and our Pickleball “Feed the Pantry” Tournament.

The Clayton/Garner Jewish Group donated 49.5 pounds of breakfast foods!
