This class will give a hands on babka baking experience.  You will be starting from scratch and bringing home your very own creation to pop in the oven & cook.  I am sure your bubbe will be proud!

About the instructor: Sharon Schwinger is a registered dietitian that believes in eating what you like (although in moderation!) as well as a home baker with a love for showing others how to bake their favorite desserts.  She has a fondness for classic Jewish baking like babka, mandel bread and challah.  Sharon lives in Raleigh with her husband and 3 sons and recently started a home bakery called Sweet Boy baking.
