In this class students will work on the basic principles of Tai Chi, emphasizing movement, posture and balance. The class will work through the first moves of form. Practical application of the martial art form will be discussed as well. Bring water and comfortable clothing, no mat required as this class is all upright. Class Dates: 1/16, 1/23, 1/30, 2/6 & 2/13
Students are required to have medical clearance from their caregiver before registering for fitness classes at the JCC.
