Participants will learn to make a Raspberry Cheesecake Challah in this hands-on baking class.  You will then leave with your very own creation to pop into your oven.  This Challah is great for noshing, bread pudding or French toast. Register early! Limited spots available!

About the instructor: Sharon Schwinger is a registered dietitian that believes in eating what you like (although in moderation!) as well as a home baker with a love for showing others how to bake their favorite desserts. She has a fondness for classic Jewish baking like babka, mandel bread and challah. Sharon lives in Raleigh with her husband and 3 sons and recently started a home bakery called Sweet Boy Baking.
