Captain Lars Paul, Fayetteville Police Department, and Gerald Thomas, Deputy Director, North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, will describe their recent experiences with the exchange program. This timely program will provide inside perspective from participants about a program that was highly criticized in the Spring of 2018 by the Durham City Council.
