Ashtanga vinyasa is an ancient practice of detoxifying the body and mind through sun salutations and spinal twists. Slow flow vinyasa takes this brilliant sequence at a slower pace where you can hold the poses for 5 breaths, calm the mind and feel every breath. It is often called spinal therapy or moving meditation. Come join us for this invigorating yet calming practice. Class will be 60 mins and will be offered virtually via Zoom.
