Very few people have a biography as thrilling as Ruth Blau, who started as a young French Roman Catholic girl, tried two more religions, served a prison sentence, and eventually was at the heart of Jerusalem’s ultra-Orthodox enclave and at the heart of its biggest scandal. Join us to learn more about her fascinating journey.
About the speaker:
Dr. Motti Inbari teaches religion at the University of North Carolina, Pembroke and is a visiting associate professor of history at Duke University. He earned his PhD at Hebrew University, Jerusalem and served as a fellow both at the University of Florida and at Brandeis' Schusterman Center for Israel Studies. Professor Inbari's research focuses on Jewish fundamentalism.
He is the author of 4 books:
