Over the past month many Jewish communities worldwide are holding installations of a dinner table set with empty chairs – representing the hostages taken captive brutally by Hamas Terrorists into Gaza on Saturday October 7, 2023 - Men, Women, and Children from over 25 countries including Israel. These installations are part of an international campaign called “Bring them Home” in collaboration with the Israeli Hostage and Missing Families Forum and is done in the purpose of bringing more attention to the hostage situation.

 On Thursday November 16, 2023, the Triangle community is installing its own “Empty Chairs / Broken Heart” display in Moore Square (Downtown Raleigh) from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. We encourage everyone to join anytime during that time frame to stand in solidarity with the cause as well as share with everyone including inviting your non-Jewish friends to come as well.
