Most recently, he had a front row seat in building the cloud architectures for Artificial Intelligence/AI business automation and customer experience. His work at Genesys, as a Product Marketing Architect, included releases with Google, AWS, Zoom, and other partners.

Jon Johnson’s career focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences for enterprise SAAS platforms, combining data, tech and human insights. Jon has been working in the space since early 2016 when the marketing intelligence platform Invoca embedded IBM’s Watson architecture into their platform service. Since then he’s implemented and supported AI powered solutions across marketing and analytic industries.
