Program Description: Join us for a 5-week course to help you relax into the season-change. Each class will consist of a Yin-based yoga sequence and a guided meditation. We'll be exploring themes of the season such as gratitude, navigating change, slowing down, and getting cozy with self-care. This course is designed to be accessible to all levels of yoga experience, including beginners.
This course will be offered both in person and virtually. Once you register for the virtual class, your receipt will have the Zoom code and password for you to use. Be sure to save your receipt.
If you are in person, we encourage each participant to bring their own mat, but we will have some on site for you to use if you need them.
