Program Description: The famous Wild Acres – B’nai B’rith Institute of Judaism Retreat is coming to Greater Raleigh! We will be live-streaming two of the lectures from the retreat in Little Switzerland, NC.

Join us for one or both lectures. Refreshments will be served between the lectures.

11:00 – 12:00      “The Hebrew Republic – Are Jews Responsible for Democracy?” by Rabbi Aaron Herman

Speaker Bios:

Michelle Magner is the Deputy Regional Director of the Anti-Defamation League, Washington DC Region.

Aaron Herman, a rabbi and a lawyer, is the principal of the Tzohar Seminary for Chassidus and Arts, Pittsburgh, PA. Formerly he was the director of Chabad of Cary and taught Melton classes at the JCC of Greater Raleigh.
