Attack on Israel: What You Can Do

Jewish Federation of Greater Raleigh stands steadfast with Israel and the people of Israel in light of today's attacks on the country. 

We are devastated by today's attack on Israel by Hamas, which has killed 200 Israelis and injured hundreds more. 

The situation is changing by the hour, and we are working with local and national partners to provide you with up-to-date information and connection. 

Please join us at the following opportunities as our community responds during this difficult time:

  1. Tomorrow, join the Jewish Federations of North America for a national briefing webinar on the situation in Israel. October 8th at 12:00 pm ET. Register at https://jfeds.org/IsraelUpdateWebinar.

  2. Tomorrow, immediately following the JFNA webinar, Jewish Federation of Greater Raleigh will host an open space on Zoom for our local community to come together, process what is happening, and share our feeling, concerns, and prayers for our friends and family in Israel.   3. Monday, join us for an In-Person gathering, October 9th at 5:30 p.m. at the David R. Kahn Community Campus. At this gathering, the Jewish community will come together to show support for Israel, and hear from local Jewish and government leadership on the importance of standing with Israel at this time.
