JFS Senior Connections: Lifestyle Matters

Covid has impacted all aspects of our lives including our mental health.  Feelings of depression and anxiety, loneliness and isolation have affected most older adults.   What are the signs and symptoms of depression and anxiety?  What can we do proactively to manage these emotions and maintain a happy and healthy mind?

Join Abby Palmer, MSW, JFS Senior services social worker, for a virtual discussion about ways to be proactive in maintaining a healthy, happy mind.
